Al Fahed launches seafront project in Abu Dhabi
ABU DHABI, February 8, 2018
UAE-based Al Fahed Development Company has launched its new seafront project in Abu Dhabi, featuring residential and commercial properties, a park and luxurious villas with views overlooking clear blue waters, white sandy beaches and neighbouring mangroves.
The unique and integrated project is located in a strategic location between Yas and Al Saadiyat islands near Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Highway, ensuring easy access to downtown Abu Dhabi, Al Maryah Island and Abu Dhabi International Airport.
The project will comprise luxurious villas with sustainable designs and modern facilities, which will provide residents with a balanced lifestyle in harmony with nature, said the Emirati developer.
The project’s first phase will see the development of the marina area with 301 luxurious villas and nine buildings with 671 apartments, as well as 15 townhouses overlooking the marina, it stated.
Speaking at the launch, Saeed Eid Al Ghafly, the chairman of the board of directors of the Al Fahed Development Company, said: "Abu Dhabi has many islands and beaches, and the Al Fahed Residential Project will be a unique addition to the real estate market and will provide its residents with a true experience of maritime living."
Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, deputy chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, was present at the inauguration along with other leading personalities, officials, investors and businessmen.
CEO Jalal Kulaib said the project will represent ongoing progress in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector, by providing exclusive housing units designed according to the highest standards of quality and luxury, which will target families searching for a modern lifestyle on the seaside while considering privacy.
The project's urban design, he stated, will combine heritage, entertainment, luxury and peacefulness.
