DUBAI, December 13, 2017
Jamal Abdulla Lootah, Group CEO of Imdaad, an integrated facilities management solutions provider based in Dubai, has made it to the top of the fmME Power 50 ranking of the Middle East’s most influential personalities in the facilities management (FM) sector for the sixth year in a row.
The ranking by Facilities Management Middle East, the region’s leading monthly magazine for FM and strata professionals, building owners and developers, is in recognition of his outstanding leadership skills.
It also coincides with Lootah’s 10th anniversary as the CEO of Imdaad, said a statement from the company.
Under his leadership, Imdaad recorded a strong growth over the past 12 months as it has won a significant number of new contracts including a Dh30-million ($8.16 million) three-year renewable agreement with Dubai’s Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities and a Dh6-million contract to provide integrated FM services to Emirates Post Group.
On the top honour, Lootah said: "This achievement is a true reflection of Imdaad’s unfailing resolve to pursue excellence and continued commitment to our customers as well as the industry."
“It has been an incredible journey for me and Imdaad as well in the last 10 years. Reflecting on the past decade in business, the company has evolved from a few people in a small infrastructure to a multi-million group of companies that offers a diverse portfolio of FM services,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
