Cluttons to manage Bahrain luxury property
MANAMA, December 4, 2017
Leading international real estate consultancy Cluttons has been appointed by KAR Properties to handle all aspects of property and facilities management, in addition to offering leasing services, for Busaiteen Views in Bahrain.
Busaiteen Views is a luxury development that features 34 apartments, where occupiers can choose from one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as two penthouses.
The 14-storey tower offers tenants modern spaces and access to high-end facilities, such as 24-hour security, allocated parking, an infinity pool and deck area, and a gymnasium. The leasing of apartments is expected to commence at the end of 2017.
Offering great accessibility and high visibility, Busaiteen Views is in close proximity to key landmarks such as the Bahrain International Airport, King Hamad Hospital, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), and Busaiteen beach, which is currently under construction.
Harry Goodson-Wickes, the head of Cluttons Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, said: "We are excited to be appointed by KAR Properties to manage its newest project, Busaiteen Views, and will ensure that the property follows the successful steps of Cebarco Tower and Segaya Views as it heads towards full occupancy."
Deborah Sellers, the head of Residential Property Management at Cluttons, said: "We strive for excellency at each step while operating and managing our clients’ developments."
"We will offer Busaiteen Views the absolute best, just as we’ve done with Cebarco Tower and Segaya Views - and will ensure that we’re continuing to attract and retain tenants through excellence in property management, as well as the quality of the development," she noted.
Khalid A. Rahim, the chairman of Cebarco Bahrain, said: "Our constant endeavour is to provide our tenants with exceptional services that match the luxurious properties we offer."
"Having collaborated with Cluttons previously, we know they share our vision and passion to offer the very best to clients. We look forward to yet another fruitful partnership with them and are confident of the success it means for Busaiteen Views," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
