SSH, a leading project management company in the Middle East, said it is working on Dhofar Beach Resort, a five-star hospitality project in Oman, being developed by Taameer Investment, offering construction supervision services.

SSH is working together in collaboration with Taameer Investment, one of Oman's leading investment companies with investments across various sectors, including real estate, on this mixed-use development, which will have a total built-up area of 80,000 sq m.

Dhofar Beach Resort development will feature 130 rooms, where guests can have access to signature restaurants, food and beverage outlets, leisure and water sports facilities, meeting rooms, business centre, retail outlets, a health club and spa, as well as a ballroom as part of their vacation experience, said the statement from SSH.

It will also provide a residential component with an additional 85 state-of-the-art hotel apartments and 85 exclusive VIP villas, it added.

SSH said it aims to change the hospitality and residential complex landscape with the Salalah offering along with Taameer Investment.
