Zayed Housing Programme seals @World partnership deal

DUBAI, November 8, 2017

Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme has signed an agreement with @World, an international real estate marketing company based in the UK, for co-operation on providing excellent services to the customers of the programme.

As per the memorandum of understanding (MoU), @World will provide the available houses besides the designs, architectural and constructional solutions that will contribute to reducing the costs and raising the quality of the houses, said a statement from Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme.

Also the company will provide special offers in terms of prices and specifications to the UAE nationals complying with the housing support provided by the programme, and will also invite customers to visit the headquarters of the building materials exhibition in Dubai Investments Park or any other branches of the company to present design, building materials and the estimated cost of construction and furnishing, it stated.

The MoU will enable citizens obtaining housing support to acquire a house on par with the best environmental and constructional standards, as well as quickly at minimum cost, remarked Mohamed Ibrahim Al Mansouri, the executive director for engineering in the programme, after signing the deal with Dr Mohammed Saleh, the chief executive of @World.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr Abdullah bin Mohammed Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Infrastructure Development and the chairman of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme board, along with Jamila Al Fandi, the executive director of the programme and other officials.

Saleh expressed delight at the joint co-operation with the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, which is aimed at providing value-added services to the customers, as well as housing units of high value at minimum costs.

Al Mansouri pointed out that the MoU was in line with the programme’s strategic goals of ensuring the provision of all administrative services that comply with quality, efficiency and transparency standards.

It will contribute in promoting partnership with the private sector to raise the customers’ happiness index, as well as diversify the solutions to build houses and enable the beneficiaries to choose what is more appropriate to their ambitions and aspirations, he stated.

It is aimed at providing a building materials market that would contribute to achieving housing stability for nationals, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
