Sobha set to complete two Hartland buildings by year-end

DUBAI, August 7, 2017

Sobha Group, a leading premium real estate developer, has announced that Building 1 and 4 of its Hartland Greens in the Sobha Hartland development in Dubai, UAE, will be completed in December 2017.

These buildings form part of Phase One of the project, 90 per cent of which has been sold out with only a few limited units left, Sobha said.

These are spacious, luxurious and exclusive eight-storey apartment buildings located on the Dubai Water Canal. It is part of an eight million sq ft resort-style luxury housing project with unrivalled city side, waterfront living and 30 per cent green space right in the centre of Dubai, the company said.

Phases Two and Three of Hartland Greens have already been launched with completion dates of December 2018 and October 2019, respectively.
