Sobha launches affordable luxury apartments in Dubai

DUBAI, June 8, 2017

Sobha Group, a premium real estate developer, has announced the launch of its affordable luxury offering comprising studios, and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in two L-shaped buildings within an integrated freehold community on Dubai Water Canal.

Set in the heart of Dubai, Hartland Aflux is being launched as part of Sobha Hartland Greens Phase Three project, said a statement from the developer.

More than 70 per cent of the apartments in the first and second phases of the property have already sold out, it added.

According to Sobha, Hartland Aflux, which falls under the affordable luxury segment, will enjoy the same signature quality of Hartland Greens apartments in Phase One and Two.

The configuration of the building includes two podiums and a 12 floorplan with a huge emphasis placed on privacy and lifestyle demands. Apartment sizes will range from 468 to 1,378 sq ft, making them smaller than the average Sobha Hartland apartment yet still grander than any other.

These new apartments will have unobstructed views of the Dubai canal with a generous spread of 2.4 million sq ft of green spaces and villa communities around it, said the Dubai developer.

Phase Three promises to be better in terms of the exterior with access to interrupted views of the community and Dubai Canal, it added.

Unveiling the project, PNC Menon, the founder and chairman, said: "With almost four decades of experience in the Middle East, we are committed to providing urban living close to the city centre and make it accessible for our consumers of various nationalities."

"This project caters to the affordable luxury segment and offers the perfect home for modern families or nuclear families and first-time buyers without compromising on the renowned Sobha quality," stated Menon.

"There is a perfect balance of space utilisation where the sizes of the apartments are reconfigured as per the customer’s needs. The ticket price of these apartments will be much more attractive than the earlier offerings," he added.

According to Menon, the product has been developed with both investor and end-user category in mind. "Also it will have many features and benefits that would differentiate this product from our existing ones," he noted.

"Phase Three of Sobha Hartland has left no stone unturned in terms of lifestyle and recreational facilities. The residents will have access to a pool along with a waterfall, jogging track and kids play area on the podium level. It also has retail facilities on the ground floor and an outdoor gym. There are also apartments on the podium level which will have a private garden," he added.

The Hartland Aflux project is likely to be completed in October 2019.-TradeArabia News Service
