Sloanes Real Estate Brokers, a subsidiary of the Sabban Group of Companies, has announced the completion of the sample floors of its Bayat Plaza project in Jeddah.

“Sloanes Real Estate is proud to announce the completion of the Bayat Plaza sample floors which will allow buyers to witness first-hand, the quality and perfection of our offering,” Arron Browne, managing director of Sloanes Real Estate Brokers, was quoted as saying in an Arab News report.

TradeArabia earlier reported that is now 90 per cent complete and on schedule for handover to investors by December.  
 
Located off the intersection of Madina Road and King Abdullah Road, the Bayat Plaza project is the first-of-its-kind residential and retail real estate development for the Sabban Group in Saudi Arabia.

The project will include two adjacent towers that will offer 266 luxury residences including two-bedroom apartments, three- and four- bedroom ‘Sky Villas’ and five-bedroom penthouses.
 
Investors of Bayat Plaza will be serviced by over 2,250 sq m thoughtfully designed retail space.

Bayat Boulevard, a boutique shopping mall on the ground floor of the development, will offer residents and the public a host of new and exciting outlets; from mini-markets and clothing stores to cafés and restaurants, stated Browne.

The first floor of Bayat Plaza will be exclusively for residents and will include function rooms, play rooms, games room, business centres and Bayat’s unique ‘Sky Gardens’.
 
Prices for apartments start from SR1 million ($266,497) and for Sky Villas from SR3 million ($799,490) and can be reserved with just 10 per cent deposit payment.
