The International Property Show

Property show success for Dar Al Ebda

DUBAI, April 5, 2017

One of the leading UAE real estate companies, Dar Al Ebda Real Estate, closed an average of six deals for its projects in Dubai, Turkey and Bosnia during the just concluded International Property Show, the company said.

Dar Al Ebda Real Estate offers a mix of premium and affordable properties.

At the International Property Show, the company displayed 32 projects in Dubai, 25 projects in Turkey, three projects in Bosnia, along with two other projects in Bulgaria. The company also has several other projects slated for development and sale in London and Manchester.

“The UAE is no more driven by the secondary market for real estate investments. This is well reflected in the several residential property deals that were closed at the show,” said an official from Dar Al Ebda Real Estate.

The company confirmed that the The International Property Show was the perfect opportunity for them to promote Dubai’s environment for real estate investment.

It is noted that the UAE realty market is currently witnessing a sustainable growth. “Dubai is preparing for a new phase of growth momentum and we anticipate strong results in the coming few months,” said Dawood Al Shezawi, CEO, Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions, organiser of the International Property Show.

“The continued growth and evolution of the real estate is a clear indication that the secondary market for real estate investments is not an influencing element any more. The institutional investors invest in the property market with the aim of settling down, which has not only stabilised the prices, but also demonstrated the potential of the market. Buyers have recognised the value of the primary real estate investments which has spurred growth and development for the realty market in the UAE,” added Dawood Al Shezawi.

The International Property Show is the first-of-its-kind event that permits on-the-spot sales and transactions under one roof, as authorised by Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).

Supported by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the show featured a range of luxury apartments and villas, previews of new property launches and presented the guests with an opportunity to meet some of the finest developers in the country displaying their latest projects.

“We are happy and overwhelmed with the extraordinary response that we have received over the last three days. The overall feedback from exhibitors and visitors has been positive and we would like to extend our appreciation to all participating parties,” concluded Al Shezawi. – TradeArabia News Service
