Azizi Developments, a leading UAE-based real estate developer, has awarded a construction contract for three residential buildings in Dubai Healthcare City to Belhasa Projects.

Belhasa will build around 1,900 apartments in the three buildings.

The three fully-serviced residences are Azizi Development's newest project in Dubai Healthcare City following Azizi Aliyah, which was its first venture into the area.

The three buildings will have convenient access to transportation, outdoor sports facilities, community retail centre, common areas, landscaped gardens, schools, private pool, spa, and gym. Two of the buildings are 19-storey structures including two podium levels and will occupy side-by-side plots while the other has 17 storey (including two podium levels).
