Sweet Homes hands over 350 villas in Ajman

AJMAN, November 19, 2016

UAE-based Sweet Homes has announced the delivery of 350 villas in the first phase of its $750-million master community development Ajman Uptown, the only freehold villa project in the mirate of Ajman.

Once fully completed the master development project will house 1,504 villas and townhouses, a hotel, hotel apartment building, shopping mall, hospital club, two mosques, and a school on over 3.5 million sq m of land next of Emirates road and Emirates City.

In addition, Ajman Uptown will also have a fire fighting station, security outposts and boutique offices.

HH Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of Ajman and the member of the UAE Supreme Council, personally handed over the keys to the villa owners.

Speaking on the occasion, Fahad Sattar Dero, the managing director and chief executive of Sweet Homes Group, said: "We are very proud to see the turnover of the 350 new villa units to their respective owners. The project is a welcome addition to the landmarks that redefine the landscape of Ajman."

Strategically located along the main Sheikh Muhammad Bin Zayed Road (E 311), Ajman Uptown is the only freehold project of its kind to feature townhouses and villas and a first-of-its-kind as a whole in Ajman.

Inspired by French-style architecture, the 2 and 3 bedroom villas are called Erica, while the 4-bedroom units are offered in four different yet highly attractive designs; the Acacia, Begonia, Camellia and Dahlia. The large and roomy 5-bedroom villas are the VIP houses and are attractive as the name they carry.

"The project's unique French design is inspired to create a panorama, totality and neighbourhood, which is expected to leave the resident's satisfaction at heart," he noted.

The project's main contractor is Sweet Homes General Contracting while its main consultant is Adnan Saffarini Consulting Office.

Sweet Homes’ director Fawad Sattar Dero said Ajman Uptown was both innovative and unique in design - a fully-gated community that offers a mixture of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom ownhouses/villas and apartments.

"The announced completion of the first phase of Ajman Uptown is welcome news to people like us who have invested into the project," remarked Aman Abdalla Mohamed Akram, the general manager, Akram and Company - an Ajman Uptown investor.

"We are both excited and happy to hear about this news and we look forward to the actual turnover--getting our keys and starting our new life in one of the most picturesque spots in Ajman," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
