Qatar-based Sloanes Real Estate Brokers is set to organise its first-ever international property open day on November 15 in Doha, offering visitors key properties from various developments in the UK, Turkey and Saudi Arabia.

A part of the Sabban Group of Companies, Sloanes Qatar will be exclusively offering properties from various developments in the UK, Turkey and Saudi Arabia.

The Sloanes International Property Open Day, which will be held at Tornado Tower in West Bay, Doha, will also see the launch of a prime residential project in Jeddah called Bayat Plaza, developed by Mannazil.

The two residential towers, being unveiled for the first time in Qatar, will be available for sale to GCC nationals while the third tower will be dedicated for hotel and commercial use. Bayat Plaza is expected to be completed by end of 2017.

Sloanes will exclusively offer properties from various developments in the UK, Turkey and Saudi Arabia during the open day to be held at Tornado Tower in West Bay, Doha from 3 to 8pm.

Various property styles will be available - ranging from studios, apartments, villas and student accommodation with prices starting from QR234,000 ($64,203) and 10 per cent assured returns for five years.

Exciting projects from the UK and Turkey will also be available on the Open Day which runs from 3pm to 8pm, said the company officials.
