Impact Estate unveils waterfront development at Bipex

MANAMA, November 2, 2016

Impact Estate, an award-winning full service real estate company based in Bahrain, is showcasing its Dilmunia-based waterfront project Residence Sharq at Bipex 2016 in Manama.

Bipex, organised by the Bahrain Society of Engineers under the patronage of Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, opened on November 3 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

For nine years, the expo has been offering a platform for investors, developers and buyers to meet and discuss the challenges and opportunities of real estate market in Bahrain, said the company in a statement.

At this year's property exhibition, Impact Estate is exclusively presenting Residence Sharq.

The new project of the leading Bahraini development company Al-Ma’awdah Group offers high-end luxury units with areas starting from 101 sq m for one-bedroom apartments, and going up to 339 sq m for four-bedroom townhouses, said the statement.

Spacious waterfront units with premium quality finishing provide residents with island style living in Europe-inspired setting.

Prices start from BD61,200 ($161,159) for two-bedroom apartments, it added.

Oksana Konyshevska, the general manager of Impact Estate, said: "We look forward to the possibilities the Bipex will bring us this year."

"It is always exciting to present a new project during the exhibition as there are many visitors coming to see what is new in the Bahrain’s real estate market. I am sure visitors of the property show will be impressed with the multimillion-dollar project we will be showcasing," she stated.

Impact Estate was recently appointed by the Al-Ma’awdah Group as a sales and marketing agent for Residence Sharq. The project is scheduled for completion in 2019.-TradeArabia News Service
