Leading Indian construction group Shapoorji Pallonji is all set to enter the UAE real estate scenario as a developer with its first project - Imperial Avenue, a collection of luxury homes in Downtown Dubai.

The company, through its various subsidiaries, had been associated with the UAE property sector indirectly for over 40 years. But with this project, its international unit, SP International Property Developers, is set to establish itself as an independent developer.

A 45-storey residential tower, Imperial Avenue boasts 424 apartments and five levels of parking that emphasises on larger living spaces to provide the residents with high-quality living.

Located in a direct nod to Burj Khalifa, the project has an awe-inspiring design and several sophisticated features. It is designed with three levels of landscaped, free-flowing podiums with hitech facilities.

Imperial Avenue features one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments besides extravagant four- and five-bedroom penthouses, exquisite three-bedroom villas and four- and five-bedroom villas with private pools at the podium level.

It has a set of premium, luxury apartments from the 26th level onwards, which will offer a whole new level of extravagance from the already premium apartments at the lower levels, said the company in a statement.
