Diyar to showcase key projects at Cityscape

Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in Bahrain, will showcase some of its best projects at the upcoming Cityscape Global 2016 in Dubai, UAE.

One of the most specialised real estate exhibitions in the region, Cityscape Global will run from September 6 to 8 in Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together prominent regional and international real estate developers.

Dr Maher Al Shaer, the chief executive officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, said: "Our participation in this year’s edition of Cityscape Global is under the umbrella of the Economic Development Board, which focuses on strengthening the kingdom’s presence in international platforms, as well as highlighting major development projects."

"During the event, we will market Diyar Al Muharraq as well as shed light on the project’s distinguished residential, commercial, recreational, environmental and social aspects, while underlining Bahrain’s urban development," he added.

The Bahraini developer will be showcasing its latest projects, providing visitors a comprehensive idea on the wide range of its developments, while focusing on the many real estate and commercial investments for both visitors and investors, which will positively impact the kingdom’s economy.

During the exhibition, Diyar Al Muharraq will also focus on attracting property development investments for the available commercial units such as the commercial villas, residential buildings licensed up to five floors, light industrial units, logistics, storage units and trade fairs, said the top official.

Dr Al Shaer emphasised on the company’s continuous efforts to participate in major real estate exhibitions, including Cityscape Global Dubai, of which Diyar Al Muharraq has been a key player for nine consecutive years.

It remains the largest and most renowned development and real estate exhibition in the region hosting over 300 regional and international development and real investment companies in a total display area of 40,000 sq m, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
