Dubai-based Vincitore Real Estate Development has announced that 90 per cent of the Phase I of the Dh135 million ($36.75 million) Vincitore Palacio, its first premier residential project, was sold out in the first 60 days of the launch.

Launched earlier this year with a per unit starting price of Dh475,000, the branded residential project is spread over an area of 200,000 sq ft on prime land of 81,500 sq ft at the Arjan district in Dubailand.
