Vincitore woos Nigerians for Dubai homes project
DUBAI, July 24, 2016
Vincitore Real Estate Development, the developer of the Dh135-million ($27 million) Vincitore Palacio in Dubai, has concluded its first-ever roadshow in Nigeria to promote its premier flagship residential project among local investors.
The roadshow was held in the capital city of Abuja and in Lagos, Nigeria’s largest city, and was warmly received by keen investors who look up to the UAE as a safe and attractive destination for property investment. In addition, a special event for local partners and brokers was held at Hotel Novotel Port Harcourt where the details of Vincitore Palacio were unveiled.
Affluent Nigerians have been known to buy exclusive second homes in most upscale communities across the world such as London, Paris and New York, which also provides them with an opportunity to shop and conduct business. The UAE and in particular Dubai, because of its reputation as a leading global hub for business and tourism with ease of setting up business, favourable laws, and the presence of branded designer outlets, has emerged as a safe haven for real estate investment for Nigerians.
Vijay Doshi, founder and managing director of Vincitore Real Estate Development, said: “The UAE remains a preferred property investment destination for Nigerians because of several reasons, including unsurpassed safety, excellent options for properties, and easy connectivity between the two countries.”
“Of the billions worth of investment by the people of Ghana and Nigeria in Dubai’s property sector in the last four years, 60 per cent has come only from Nigerians. Such impressive figures were the primary reason for us to host a roadshow in this West African country to showcase Vincitore Palacio to local investors. We are impressed by the response received during the show and are confident of converting enquiries into sales.”
Vincitore Palacio is a branded four-storey residential development spread over an area of 200,000 sq ft on 81,500 sq ft of prime land in the Arjan district of Dubailand with unit prices starting at Dh475,000 ($129,320).
TUV Nord Germany (ME) will undertake all quality control of the project that features 175 units of comfortable studio and spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments, built-in kitchen and wardrobe, fully-fitted bathroom with selected accessories, and a sun deck for each apartment.
In addition, Vincitore Palacio offers superior amenities, including an elegant double-height lobby and ornamental façade; custom-designed elevators; 60-ft, temperature-controlled swimming pool with lounge chairs; 3,000-sq-ft sunlit gymnasium with steam and sauna facilities; landscaped garden; round-the-clock secured access with video intercom; and concierge services. – TradeArabia News Service
