Wadi Degla unveils new residential project in Egypt

CAIRO, June 8, 2016

Wadi Degla Developments, a component of Wadi Degla Holding Company, is set to develop a new residential project - Promenade Maadi Compound - on an area of 35,000 sq m in the Zahraa Maadi region at an investment of E£350 million ($39 million), said a report.

The project, to be built in over five years, includes 26 buildings comprising 200 housing units, including duplex apartments with varying sizes, reported Daily News Egypt.

Promenade Maadi Compound is among the company's most innovative projects which has been modelled on towering mountains similar to buildings in Lebanon.

The project includes a variety of services such as wide green spaces, administrative and commercial services as well as a jogging track, spa, gym, and car care centre, said the report.

This is in addition to parking, housekeeping services, and a security guard. The compound is also equipped with security cameras in order to ensure the security of units, it added.
