Reem Mall, a new shopping, leisure and entertainment destination coming up in Abu Dhabi, has automated property management and accounting with Yardi Voyager 7S.

The Abu Dhabi retail destination has also implemented Yardi Commercial LeasingPad, which provides contact and prospect management as well as portfolio health analytics with business intelligence on mobile devices.

“We chose Voyager because it is the best solution for managing a development such as Reem Mall,” remarked Shane Eldstrom, the chief operating officer for Al Farwaniya Property Developments.

To be launched in 2018, the Reem Mall project will comprise around 450 stores, including 85 food and beverages (F&B) outlets and a range of family-focused entertainment offerings including the world’s largest indoor snow-play park!
