ACC wins Downtown Dubai tower contract

DUBAI, May 4, 2016

UAE-based Arabian Construction Company (ACC) said it has won a major contract to build Boulevard Point, a prestigious 63-storey residential tower in Downtown Dubai.

The new tower will be situated next to Fountain Views, for which ACC won the contract in 2014 and will be the company’s third project in Dubai’s Downtown area.

The Boulevard Point project involves building a 63-storey residential tower with 297 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments overlooking Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, said a statement from the company.

The key amenities include swimming pools, a dedicated children’s area, a fully equipped gymnasium and a barbecue deck.

On the contract win, CEO Maher Merehbi said: "We are very pleased to have been awarded the contract for Boulevard Point, which is testament to our skills in building prestigious, high-rise developments in the city."

"We are grateful that developers have elected to put their trust in us to build such large-scale developments," he noted.

ACC, stated Merehbi, has constructed some of the most impressive high-rise buildings across the GCC and Middle East and North Africa (Mena) regions, including a number of the tallest towers in the UAE.

The top on the list are the Almas Tower, Princess Tower, Sky Tower, Gate Towers, Etihad Towers, Fountain Views, Sky Views, World Trade Center Abu Dhabi and Rose Rotana.-TradeArabia News Service
