As in previous years, the company is set to launch its annual report on real estate market, which includes a complete analysis of the prices and rentals across the UAE.

"The real estate market in Dubai is witnessing an increase in the number of transactions as a result of lower prices. Based on the number of units that will be pumped into the market in 2016, the prices will see further decline," it stated.

According to Land Sterling, the rental average yield in Dubai market is 7.44 per cent, compared to 2.3 per cent in Hong Kong and 3.4 per cent in London.
