Bloom to deliver UAE homes ahead of schedule
ABU DHABI, November 18, 2015
UAE-based real estate developer Bloom Properties said it has completed the Phase Two of its residential project Bloom Gardens, involving the construction of 55 housing units in Abu Dhabi, ahead of schedule.
A subsidiary of Bloom Holding, the company is a specialist in the development of integrated and sustainable communities.
The housing units, ranging from three- to five-bedrooms, will be ready for hand over and occupancy next month, said a senior official.
"Following the successful delivery of Phase One of Bloom Gardens, we are delighted to announce another major milestone in the development of Bloom’s award-winning community development in the heart of Abu Dhabi," remarked Sameh Muhtadi, the chief executive of Bloom Holding.
“The completion of Phase Two ahead of schedule underlines our commitment to exceed expectations by delivering projects ahead of time and to the highest construction and quality standards and specifications. We are working to provide the community development with best-in-class amenities and look forward to welcoming the residents to their new homes by December 2015," he stated.
The developer also revealed that the construction of Phase Three of Bloom Gardens consisting of 147 units has already started and is set for completion in the fourth quarter of 2016.
This phase includes three-bedroom townhouses, semi-detached three-, four- and five-bedroom villas.
Muhtadi said work has just started on the Phase Three and Bloom was already receiving enthusiastic inquiries from prospective clients and investors.
"We are offering an attractive payment plan, and I welcome interested buyers to explore the exciting development by scheduling an appointment to visit our show villa. A show villa is now also open for visitors," he added.
Bloom Gardens is an exclusive residential development nestled in the heart of Abu Dhabi minutes away from the natural sanctuary of Corniche Al Qurum.
