Falconcity of Wonders, a leading property developer, will be showcasing its multipurpose mega project coming up in the UAE at a key industry event in Mumbai, India.

The Dubai Property Show will run from November 6 to 8 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. It is being organised by Sumansa Exhibitions in association with Dubai Land Department.

The Falconcity of Wonders said it will discuss major investment opportunities with Indian investors at the show.

Occupying more than 41 million sq ft, Falconcity of Wonders is a sprawling residential, tourist, entertainment and recreational complex shaped in the form of a Falcon, in tribute to the UAE’s emblem, cultural and heritage.

The development features reproductions of world famous landmarks under the concept: ‘The World in a City’. Villas inspired by international architectural themes form part of the development’s over 5,500 residential units that come in various designs, locations and sizes.

Commercial centers, a signature ‘Falcon Fun City’, family centers, sports facilities and schools are also included in the project’s master plan, said the developer.

In addition, the event is expected to draw the participation of over 6,000 potential buyers.

During the show, Falconcity of Wonders will be throwing the spotlight on its latest property offerings, alongside discussing the key features and benefits of investing in its various residential, tourist, entertainment and recreational components, stated Almoosa.
