Ascott, one of the world's largest international serviced residence owner-operators, said its unit in Saudi Arabia - Ascott Tahlia Jeddah - has been given five-star rating.  

To celebrate the achievement, Ascott will be hosting an 'Open House' event on November 23 at the Jeddah property.

Besides the complimentary refreshments and entertainment, the visitors will be given exclusive tours around the property and also an opportunity to win prizes including a three-day and two-night experiences at the property.

Vincent Miccolis, the area general manager for the GCC, said Ascott Tahlia Jeddah has become the first serviced residence in the Saudi city to be officially awarded with a 5-star rating.

"The five-star rating recognises our commitment to developing quality serviced residences as an international award-winning brand globally. This strengthens our position as the best serviced residence company in the Middle East, and we take pride in continuing to be the market leader as we establish our presence in Jeddah," noted Miccolis.

According to him, the Jeddah property represents luxury, exclusivity and discreet service offering. "It is the first of five Ascott serviced residences to be opened in Saudi Arabia. After Ascott Tahlia, we look forward to adding Ascott Sari on November 1 and Citadines Al Salamah later this year," stated Miccolis.

Ascott Rafal Olaya Riyadh will be operational early next year followed by Somerset Corniche Jeddah in 2017, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
