The SBV residence is inspired by the desert and the Mediterranean.

TDIC hands over Abu Dhabi luxury villas

ABU DHABI, October 18, 2015

UAE’s master-developer Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) said it has started handing over the luxury residences in the third phase of the Saadiyat Beach Villas (SBV) project to its owners.

The phased handover of the 77 villas is expected to be completed by the end of next month, said the master developer of major tourism, leisure and residential destinations in capital Abu Dhabi.

According to TDIC, the construction work started soon after the project’s launch in April 2013.

The SBV features four- and five-bedroom villas that come in the Mediterranean standard style with a built-up area of 449 sq m and standard four-bedroom and five-bedroom villas with 542 sq m, said the company in a statement.

Inspired by the desert and the Mediterranean, each home is characterised by outdoor terraces, stone veneers and detailed balcony railings while the interiors include spacious rooms, premium fittings and a vibrant colour scheme, it added.

On the villa handover, Sufian Hasan Al Marzooqi, the chief executive officer, said: "We are pleased to welcome residents to their new homes within the SBV community. The fact that this is TDIC’s third addition to the Saadiyat Beach Villas shows how desirable the residential communities on Saadiyat are today, due to their unique location, various facilities and high standard of finishes."

Facilities on the development include landscaped parks, play areas for children, swimming pools, state-of-the-art gyms, and basketball and squash courts.

The residents will also have easy access to the various facilities within the Saadiyat Beach District such as fine dining outlets, high-end retail outlets, and diverse leisure options.-TradeArabia News Service
