Realopedia launches real estate platform

DUBAI, September 9, 2015

Realopedia has launched its new real estate platform with crowdfunding opportunities, giving private investors the flexibility to fund diverse projects at lower risk, stimulating investor confidence

A networking platform for B2B real estate professionals and B2C investors and end-user customers, Realopedia said the online platform features properties for rent, sale or investment internationally, a global directory of properties, and a full range of real estate professionals and services.

It is a helpful tool for all agents, brokers or developers to reach out to their investors, said senior company officials at the launch.

"If you are supporting the real estate industry, whether as a mortgage lender, property manager, interior designer, architect or attorney, Realopedia provides you with the commercial intelligence that you need. The best part is on the Realopedia platform, the members deal directly with each other and there is no middleman," they added.

The team at Realopedia are a group of diverse global professionals grounded in real estate, legal, marketing, research and development. The company partners Laura Choueri, Hamdi Osman and Niazi Mostafa, bring collectively over 40 years of industry expertise to the platform.

Commenting on the launch, Choueri, said: "The idea for Realopedia stems from years of investors and customers asking us to guide them to the right platform."

“We have established legal contacts, we believe in due diligence, we know who the reputable agents are worldwide, and we know how to select them. Realopedia connects the entire spectrum of businesses to each other, simultaneously on a central platform, focusing on all markets at the same time,” stated Choueri, who is also the CEO.

Realopedia, she said, was the global gateway to real estate. "Realopedia’s unique platform enables end users to penetrate global markets, find different market opportunities in developed and emerging markets, link to real estate industry professionals with extensive industry experience, and gain exposure," she added.

The company plans to launch the Arabic version of the Realopedia portal next year.-TradeArabia News Service
