Award-winning property management company Impact Estate has joined hands with leading Bahraini developer Zahed Modern Properties to launch a new bespoke residential development, Modern Residence-2 in the kingdom.

Located in the Amwaj Islands, the apartments and penthouses, which range from over 87 sq m to 198 sq m in size, have been creatively designed to provide residents a comfortable and lavish lifestyle.

Oksana AK, the general manager of Impact Estate, said the company was delighted to work with the developer on its second project.
