AluGlass Tech, an aluminium and glass contractor under the Ajman-based Tech Group, is close to completing multiple contracts worth Dh60 million ($16.3 million) in the UAE emirate.
It includes residential and commercial facilities, a medical centre and the multi-million-dollar Al Zorah Resort and Golf Club project, said a statement.
A leading name in the aluminium and glass industry, AluGlass Tech manufactures customised and complex windows, door fittings, automatic doors and gates, curtain-walls, cast aluminium decorations, partitions, and insulated glass products, it said.
The firm has already provided its aluminium and glass fittings and claddings to some of the landmark projects including Ajman One, City Towers, Orient Towers and Ajman Pearl Towers.
Shiraz Hasan, group chief executive officer, Tech Group, said: “AluGlass Tech is one of the fastest growing aluminium and glass suppliers in the UAE, and we are providing aluminium and glass products to all the big projects in Sharjah, Ajman and the Northern Emirates.
“We are in the completion phase of almost a dozen major projects in Ajman including 42 Golf Villas and the multi-million-dollar Al Zorah Resort with a two-tower hotel and 15 villas.
“Our business unit has recently been awarded the ISO and Ohsas certifications, which is a testament to our commitment to provide the highest quality of aluminium and glass products. Highly-skilled personnel, advanced machinery and state-of-the-art facility enable us to deliver in a timely and efficient manner.”
Commenting on the group’s growth in the last two years, Hasan said: “Since 2013, we have been able to achieve double-digit year-on-year growth for the group, which is a significant increase as we closed the year 2014 at Dh360 million ($98 million) in revenue.
“The revenue target for 2015 is even more aggressive as we are geared up to break the Dh400-million mark ($108.9 million). We are in the process of upgrading our production capacity across the group due to a high demand of our concrete, steel and wood products and services in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.” - TradeArabia News Service
