Tubli Gardens villas ... ready for handover
Manara in Bahrain villa project success
MANAMA, June 20, 2015
Bahrain-based leading real estate development company Manara said it has successfully completed all the four phases of Tubli Gardens, a major project within its portfolio.
With this announcement, Manara said it is all set to hand over 77 villas worth BD6.5 million ($17.1 million) across the four phases in Tubli Gardens in Bahrain.
Managing director Dr Hasan Al Bastaki said Tubli Gardens stood as a stepping stone for Manara’s role into social housing, and a fruitful co-operation with the government of Bahrain - represented by the Ministry of Housing and Eskan Bank - to support its social housing projects of high quality and cost-friendly housing.
Dubbing Tubli Gardens as a remarkable challenge to Manara, he noted: "We have considered all relevant aspects and reflected our philosophy in this project by balancing cost upon completion on one hand, and elegant designs, spacious architecture, and sustainably accommodating for the needs of a modern Bahraini households, on the other hand."
Dr Al Bastaki pointed out that the success achieved in Tubli Gardens had led to the execution of Wahat Al Muharraq project, which too has garnered a great deal of interest from Muharraq residents.
"They prefer staying within the same province due to the family and social ties apparent within the residents of Muharraq," he noted.
According to him, Manara was studying various future housing projects and was close to announcing its next project.
"It will be a continuation of one of Manara's current chain of development projects. This project would aim to meet the needs of the new generation of families and towards achieving social and economic sustainability currently adopted by modern housing strategies," revealed Dr Al Bastaki.-TradeArabia News Service
