Outdoor Design and Build Show, a dedicated international platform in the Middle East that caters to the entire spectrum of hard and soft landscape products and services, kicks off tomorrow in Dubai, UAE.

With as much as $2.87 trillion of projects in the GCC currently at the design, build or construction stage, sustainable and environmentally responsible development is a key issue in the region, said the event organiser, Streamline Marketing Group.

Hosted and fully backed by Dubai Municipality, the Outdoor Design and Build Show will focus on design and build for all public and private spaces for the next three days.

Several leading companies including Tanseeq, Gebal Group, Bee'ah, FX Luminaire and Elegance Shades & Décor are taking part in the event to be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Running alongside the show, Landscape 2020 is a series of briefing days bringing together local and international leaders in outdoor design and urban development, showcasing the most innovative urban projects from concept through to completion, stated the organiser.

Companies involved in Landscape 2020 include Cracknell, KEO, Arup, Diamond Developers, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Al Barari, and Perkins+Will, they added.

Several international brands and local industry leaders will showcase a range of products in the outdoor design market – from vertical garden systems to a fibre-optic replica of the Burj Khalifa tower.-TradeArabia News Service
