Damac boosts Dubai luxury hospitality offering
DUBAI, November 26, 2014
Luxury real estate developer Damac Properties has further expanded its hospitality offering with the addition of three new serviced hotel apartments in the Burj area of Dubai, UAE.
The new developments - Cour Jardin and Captial Bay - will open their doors in the next couple of months, while Canal Views has already started welcoming guests from all over the world.
Damac launched its first serviced living offering Damac Maison – Dubai Mall Street last year and quickly followed it up with NAIA Jebel Ali in line with its plan to become the region’s largest serviced hotel provider in the Middle East by 2018.
Ziad El Chaar, the managing director, said the expansion in the hospitality sector falls within Damac’s strategy to be at the forefront of the hospitality sector in Dubai and the Middle East.
"We currently have more than 10,000 serviced hotel apartments in development, all of which will be delivered by 2018. This will position the company as one of the largest hotel apartment operators and developers in the region," he noted.
El Chaar said: “Cour Jardin and Capital Bay, along with the previously-completed projects such as Damac Maison-Dubai Mall Street, Canal Views and NAIA Jebel Ali are all located in the busiest areas of Dubai, be it the Burj and Business Bay areas or Jebel Ali where the increasing number of business visitors and travellers recorded every day is reaching new peaks with the development of Dubai World Central and Al Maktoum International airport.”
“We offer bespoke services to our residents and customers across all projects, setting new standards in the hospitality sector and driven by our aim for excellence, not only through the regular day-to-day services, but on various levels, including design, functionality and know-how,” he added.
According to him, Damac’s hotels and hotel apartment projects offer a practical and comfortable solution for busy travellers or families visiting Dubai for vacation or business purposes.
"They present a great opportunity for buyers and investors who like to earn income from the rental pool scheme that allows for a return to owners when they are not utilising their properties," he stated.
Damac has announced several serviced hotel apartments projects in various areas of Dubai spreading from the Burj area to Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Village, Dubailand and Dubai World Central.
Ghalia Constella, the first officially Sharia-certified serviced hotel apartments in the UAE, was launched earlier this year and is already witnessing great interest from customers and investors across the region, said El Chaar.
This is a great example of the diversified product offering of Damac Properties, answering the need of the ever-growing market, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
