Leading international real estate consultancy Cluttons has been appointed by Kazerooni Group to act as tenant liaison and provide leasing and property management services across the group’s property portfolio in Bahrain.

As per the contract, Cluttons will act as the point of contact for all building-related maintenance issues and oversee service contracts across a range of properties within the portfolio.

These include 40 residential apartments in the high-end Kazerooni Mansions, in addition to a number of new contemporary luxury villas developed by Kazerooni Contracting, in Saar and Amwaj area of the kingdom, said the property expert in a statement.

The appointment comes at a crucial juncture for the Bahraini residential market. With economic stability gradually starting to filter through to the employment market, the number of jobs being created is slowly starting to creep upwards.

Over the past 12-18 months, with demand levels remaining relatively stable, tenants have been using the opportunity to upgrade to higher quality accommodation, where possible. However with an expected strengthening demand over the next 12 months, there is likely to be increased competition for well-managed and well-located accommodation, it stated.
