Imdaad to maintain MRHE Dubai projects

DUBAI, October 2, 2014

Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facility management (FM) solutions in the GCC, has signed a five-year strategic agreement with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) to maintain its key projects in Dubai, UAE.

As per the deal, Indaad will offer full and integrated maintenance services for MRHE’s occupied residential units and houses with expired maintenance contracts.

The partnership is in line with the establishment’s commitment to providing world-class community services and the highest standards of quality, luxury and welfare to its beneficiaries in Dubai, said Sami Abdullah Gargash, the CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment after signing the agreement with Imdaad CEO Jamal Abdullah Lootah.
 
The partnership covers a total of 3,485 houses including 544 units in Al Warqaa; 940 in Oud Al Muteena; 509 in Al Warqaa; and 252 houses in Al Barsha. The prices and types of services are applicable to the establishment’s 1,240-unit project in the Al Barsha area, stated Gargash.

The new agreement with Imdaad complements MRHE's efforts to provide the highest levels of community service and excellent care according to the best global practices and the highest standards of quality, luxury and welfare.

"We look forward to unifying our efforts to better serve the beneficiaries of our occupied houses and those with expired maintenance contracts," he added.

Lootah said Imdaad shares MRHE’s vision to achieve sustainable development by providing high quality services to Dubai residents.
