Dubai-based property developer Tebyan will be launching its new development, Sparkle Towers in Dubai Marina, at the Cityscape Global, which will be held from September 21 to 23 in Dubai, UAE.

With leading property players from the region and the world in attendance, much of the attention will be on Sparkle Towers at Dubai Marina, a crystal-inspired ultra-luxurious residential haven that was perfected in partnership with Austrian crystal giant Swarovski and  branded as Space Marveled by Swarovski, said a senior official.
