Saudi 'foils $106bn corrupt land deals'

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Justice has nullified corrupt land dealings worth a massive SR400 billion ($106.6 billion), a report quoting a judge and Shoura Council member said.
The Arab News report said Issa Al-Ghaith revealeded the information on his Twitter account.
"The Riyadh Appeals Court has nullified corrupt land trading of millions of square metres worth SR400 billion ($106.6 billion) at current valuations," Al-Ghaith wrote in the account, according to the report.
However, he did not provide details of the said transactions.
Anti-graft organizations have recently intensified their crackdown on corrupt land deals in the kingdom, the report said.
