Fendi villas go on sale at Akoya by Damac

Damac Properties has launched the sale of its Fendi-styled villas in Akoya by Damac master development in Dubai.
The 34 properties are located in a private-gated community in the 42 million sq ft development, said a statement.
Each unit comes with interior designs and décor from the Fendi Casa range and offers a stylish interpretation of the Italian fashion brand, which has all be designed by Fendi’s specialist interior designers, to offer a contemporary home, it said.
The villas, which come with a starting price of Dh36 million ($9.7 million) will be ready in the first quarter of 2017. It overlooks the Trump International Golf Club and varies in size from 7,900 to 16,767 sq ft.
Ziad El Chaar, managing director, Damac Properties, said: “These exclusive, limited edition, Fendi villas are being designed with only the most stylish and demanding clientele in mind.”
“The creativity and elegance brought to life in the world’s first Fendi villas take pride of place in one of the most desirable locations in Akoya by Damac,” he said.
Fendi Casa features distinctive materials, elegant objects and cinematic ambiances, said the statement. It includes fur used for sofas, cushions, carpets; leather on a couch treated with the same flair as Selleria handmade and numbered bags; and marbles, stones and woods.
