Amwaj Waves, a luxury residential complex in Bahrain, will be launched at the upcoming Gulf Property Show, a boutique showcase for the real estate sector, running from May 6 to 8.

The launch will be made by Impact Estate, a real estate services company, appointed by project developer Lona Real Estate Development.

The Amwaj Waves Development is set in the heart of Amwaj Islands in the close proximity to the waterfront and only a walking distance to the Lagoon with its array of shops and restaurants.

The project comprises two 13- and two 7-storey high buildings made up of stunning contemporary architectural design.

A large part of the development’s buildings will be operated by the Gulf Hotels Group where they have  created a luxury serviced apartment complex, called The Gulf Residence Amwaj, scheduled to open its doors early first quarter 2015.

The remaining buildings will be for residential sale, with the 13-storey building that boasts 87 spacious apartments available for purchase by private investors, some apartments with stunning sea views.

The Amwaj Waves complex will feature an incredible range of recreational features, including a 3,500 square meter landscaped podium, sauna and steam rooms, three gyms, children’s swimming pool, 230 sq m adult pool, Jacuzzi, fountains and Koi Ponds, six BBQ areas, jogging track and a children’s play area for guests and residents to enjoy.

Offering its residents the best of both worlds by combining the bustling cosmopolitan lifestyle with an island living experience in close proximity to the waterfront, Amwaj Waves offers spacious two and three bedroom apartments in addition to four luxurious penthouses.

While boasting panoramic city and sea views all apartments have been designed in a modern contemporary style with a focus on quality and functionality.  Each unit has a spacious living and dining areas, with large balconies designed to offer fine views from any outlook.

There are different layouts and characteristics available to choose from. The two-bedroom apartment sizes vary from 121 to 125 sq m, three-bedroom – 174 sq m and Penthouses offer a total area of 208 up to 245 sq m.

Special pre-launch prices will be released at the property show and will start at BD92,257 ($243,500) for a two-bedroom unit.  The residential free-hold building is scheduled for a completion third quarter 2015, with fully furnished show apartments available for viewing from now.
