Lootah appoints Arif and Bintoak to design ‘Shamal’

Lootah Real Estate Development Company, a Dubai-based high-end real estate developer, has appointed Arif and Bintoak Consulting Architects and Engineers to carry out the design and supervision for its new residential buildings and villas in ‘Shamal’ in the Jumierah Village Circle.
Arif and Bintoak will render the design and engineering consultancy for multiple residential buildings and villas on a 183,000 sq ft of strategically located area owned by Lootah Real Estate.
Saleh Abdullah Lootah, executive director, said: “With the increase in demand for sustainable and innovative housing, closer to the Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo 2020 site, the new economic corridors of Dubai, Lootah has realised the need for environmentally friendly residential communities.”
