Emaar expands top community with 177 villas

Dubai, March 30, 2014

Emaar Properties, the builder of Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, is set to launch an extension featuring 177 villas to its Arabian Ranches, a major residential community in Dubai.

Inspired by Spanish coastal architecture, Samara includes three- to five-bedroom villas offered in four styles.

Residents can take advantage of a large retail centre, specialty food and beverage outlets, salon, dedicated healthcare centre, day care centre and schools within the community.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director, Emaar Properties, said: “Samara provides families with a spectacular choice of villas that meet all their lifestyle needs. The launch of ‘Samara’ underlines the growing demand for family-oriented communities in Dubai.”

Arif Amiri, chief commercial officer, Emaar Properties, said: “Each residential community within the Arabian Ranches development has recorded robust demand from investors. Through Samara we are offering another opportunity to be part of one of Emaar’s fully-established communities featuring a golf course, polo club, and a Residents club.”

Located at the crossroads of Al Qudra and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Samara will offer residents easy access to Dubai’s main hubs including Dubai Marina, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Internet City.

Emaar will launch ‘Samara' simultaneously in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Online registration will commence on April 2 at emaar.com. Sales will be held on April 5 at 10am, at Emaar Pavilion on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, in Dubai; and at the Emaar Sales Centre in Al Nahda Tower in Abu Dhabi.

Emaar is also offering long-term investors and end-users the opportunity to benefit from the Emaar Preferred Access programme, also on its website.

Investors who make a down payment of 30 per cent of the total value of the property and maintain ownership until hand-over is completed, will be offered preferred access and the opportunity to own homes. Interested investors and end-users can skip the line and register for the programme even on the day of the launch, a company statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
