Damac Properties, one the largest luxury real estate developers in the region, has announced that its first luxury serviced apartments project in Dubai was fully booked on its opening weekend.

The units in ‘Damac Maison situated on the Dubai Mall Street’ were snapped up within hours, a company statement said.

Managed by Damac Properties’ hospitality arm Damac Maison, the hotel apartments offer a luxury product with 24x7 customer services, the statement added.

Damac Maison, Dubai Mall Street also houses the Chrysalis SPA with signature treatments such as the innovative holistic cocooning, floatation luxurious tanks and the Kerstin Florian posh products and treatment.

“The location and refined quality is what distinguishes ‘Damac Maison - Dubai Mall Street’ from many other projects in Dubai,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties.
