Kuwaiti developer starts Dubai tower work

Kuwait-based Abyaar Real Estate Development Company said it has begun the construction work on Olgana Tower in Dubai.

Chairman Marzooq Al-Rashdan stated that the project was launched in 2007 at a cost of Dh2 billion ($544.4 million) as a full-service complex containing 57 villas and seven towers on an area of 94,000 sq m near the Knowledge Village.

The property will now comprise 139 villas and apartments, with a variety of services including a club house, pool and jacuzzi, spa, fitness centre, squash couts and a lobby, said a statement from the developer.

“The company’s efforts are currently focused towards delivering our promise to our client on the specified period of time. Therefore, the completion of the announced project is crucial,” Al-Rashdan added. - TradeArabia News Service
