Manara residential project on track

Bahrain-based Manara Developments said work on the second phase of  its “Tubli Gardens” project is progressing smoothly with about 70  per cent of the job completed.

Announcing this on Saturday, managing director Dr Hasan Al-Bastaki said, "We have pioneered the property development market and undertaken housing projects of affordable pricing and has, whilst maintaining its fine attention to detail, flexible construction methods, high quality execution, and timely delivery in its projects, promoted its brand both locally and regionally."

"These are the main elements of “Manara’s” work that cannot be compromised, as it is key in ensuring both local and international investors’ and homeowners’ confidence in the kingdoms real estate market of which is of “Manara’s” top priorities”.  

According to him, 95 per cent of the second phaase of the project has been sold already.  

"Manara is progressing in accordance with the construction deadlines and the published unit handover dates to its owners," stated Dr Al-Bastaki adding that the project is 70 per cent completed in accordance with the pre-set timeline for the project.

He attributed the tremendous success in the sale of the Tubli Gardens homes in the second phase to “Manara’s” commitment to all its projects to date.

"The second phase of “Tubli Gardens” project came soon after the staggering success of phase one of the projects launched three years ago, which encouraged the company to execute the rest of its plans and proceed with phase two of which consists of 38 attached, semi attached and corner villas," stated Dr Al-Bastaki.

"The development processes do not stop at a limit. In every project, and every phase within a project, it conducts thorough studies and improvements to the designs and implementation in order to accommodate any emerged technologies or techniques those proven worthy, in an outward look into the positive benefits that will be added to our operations in the implementation of our projects in the future," he added.

Manara has signed an agreement with Eskan Bank aiming to entitle beneficiaries of Government housing loans and Eskan Bank commercial loans to purchase properties in Tubli Gardens with the option of repayment in installments depending on the building phases as per an agreement between the three parties.-TradeArabia News Service
