Emrill wins WTC Abu Dhabi contract

Emrill, a UAE-based facilities management provider, has won a three-year contract for the World Trade Center Abu Dhabi with Aldar Properties, an Abu-Dhabi based real estate developer.

The company will provide specialist services including maintenance of ELV systems, aircraft warning lights, UPS, CO detection, chemical dosing, generators and swimming pools besides MEP, housekeeping, concierge and lifeguarding services, said a statement.

Ben Churchill, managing director, Emrill said: “We are excited to be able to offer our services to another world class community in the capital. Emrill are offering a unique solution with our years of facilities management expertise in the region to service and support this ambitious development.”

World Trade Center Abu Dhabi is a 166,296-sq m project developed Aldar and is located in the Old Central Market in the heart of Abu Dhabi and comprises five major assets that include a souq, a mall and luxury residential units. - TradeArabia News Service
