Al Manal hands over $81m Dubai project

UAE-based Al Manal Development has announced the completion and handover of its flagship Dh300 million ($81.6 million) residential project, The Lakeside Residence at Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai.

The 35-storeyed landmark development comes complete according to the original plan and designs; offering 358 elegantly designed freehold 1 to 2 bedroom units with stunning views of the surrounding landscape, and incorporating advanced intelligent features, said a top official.
 
“We have witnessed a steady climb of property values that ride on a resurgence of trust in the real estate market by the customers. With the future bright, the Dubai property market remains lucrative to local and international investors, and we are pleased to be able to handover during these exciting times,” remarked Juma Ahmed Majid Al Ghurair, the managing director.

The upscale project also boasts of an infinity pool and a hitech gym equipped by Technogym equipment, along with a multi-purpose room that the residents can use for their personal events.

The ground floor caters to a retail area connected with the tower, in addition to ample parking for visitors along with allotted spaces for residents in the 4-level basement parking. Also made available are prayer room facilities for both men and women that are easily accessible by residents, neighbours and the general public, explained Al Ghurair.

The residence also includes an electronically-monitored security system, high-speed elevators, American-style kitchens, ensuite bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, high-end ceramic tiling, ambient lighting and a balcony in every apartment.
