Diamond Developers, an UAE-based real estate development company, has announced the delivery of its prime commercial project in the Arjan district of Dubailand, a 3 billion sq ft destination district in the heart of the emirate located on the Emirates Road.

The 'Diamond Business Center' is one of the first commercial projects that has been delivered in Dubailand which reinforces the commitment of Diamond Developers towards completing its projects and offering the real estate sector in Dubai with purposeful and relevant supply, said a company statement.

Diamond Developers said it has appointed Harbor Real Estate, a leading integrated real estate brokerage group in Dubai, to exclusively manage the marketing, leasing and selling of the offices at the complex which consisting of 168 commercial offices, ranging in size between 675 and 1314 square feet, and 27 commercial shops distributed over 3 buildings.

The project is located directly on Emirates Road close to 'Dubai Media City', and ' Mall of the Emirates ', and at the heart of New Dubai society opposite the buzzing 'Arabian Ranches', 'Motor City', 'Dubai Autodrome', 'Dubai Sports City', 'Jumeirah Village', 'DIP', 'Green Community' and 'Victory Heights' and just minutes from the ' Mall of the Emirates ', Sheikh Zayed Road, Jebel Ali Free Zone, and 'Al Maktoum International airport'
