Wade Adams picks Causeway for project software
Dubai, November 29, 2011
Leading project development and construction company Wade Adams has selected top IT firm Causeway as vendor for its project accounting software.
“We recognised a need to tighten the cost management on projects to help maintain our profitability,” said Keith Waiting, group contracts manager of Wade Adams.
“Having reviewed a number of systems we selected Causeway Project Accounting software for its high level of functionality and ability to integrate with our existing systems. We were also impressed with Causeway itself, which has shown a strong commitment to this region and is keen to partner with us on our future joint ventures.”
Paul Madeira, COO of Causeway Middle East, added: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Wade Adams and look forward to working with them closely as they add value to their investments of the past by complementing them with Causeway Project Accounting.”
“The Middle East market is very competitive for contractors so it is essential that the systems in place allow profit to be managed and maintained whilst also driving further efficiencies in internal processes.
Causeway is helping many contractors address the increasing pressure to deliver on time and within budget by providing accurate cost, value and performance management of projects, a statement said.
Unlike traditional accounting orientated solutions, Causeway Project Accounting integrates the estimating and financial disciplines to provide the detailed analysis of project performance that each company requires, it added.
The operational scope of Wade Adams spans the UAE, Qatar, Libya, Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Building relationships since 1976, Wade Adams has an impressive portfolio of government, semi-government and private sector clientele. – TradeArabia News Service
