Bahrain launches $16m housing project

The Bahrain Housing Ministry has launched a tender for the construction of 152 homes as part of the second phase of Al Malkiya project, at a cost of about BD6 million ($16 million).
The first phase consisted of 232 units costing BD9 million. Each unit covers 220sqm and the project is due for completion by the end of next year.-TradeArabia News Service
