Abu Dhabi-based Baniyas Investment and Development Company (BID) has announced the launch of 153 Andalusian villas in the third phase of its Dh3 billion ($816.7 million) Bawabat Al Sharq mixed use development coming up at Bani Yas City in the emirate.

BID, the investment arm of the Baniyas Sports Club, said the company is offering special packages for investors including competitive pricing and unprecedented payment plans for these luxurious villas at the "Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2011" which opened on Sunday.
 
As part of its commitment to enhance the lifestyle of its clients and cater to their diversified needs, BID has designed five distinctive types of Andalusian Villas.

BID chief executive officer Wael Tawil said the launch of the third phase of Bawabat Al Sharq was in response to the increase in demand for housing units after the successful sale of all the villas in the second phase of the project.

"The new Phase III Andalusian Villas will offer homeowners a distinctive lifestyle, agreeable living conditions, comprehensive security along with the services and amenities expected within a contemporary and luxurious community," he explained.

"These include 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes and will be an ideal family living environment with spacious areas, ranging from 271 sq m to 542 sq m, in addition to various lavish amenities which include elevators, dumb waiters, separate men and women’s Majlis as well as pools and private parking spaces."
