CBRE names new Bahrain manager

CB Richard Ellis Group (CBRE), the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, has appointed Bahraini national Afshan Shah Dadabai as manager Research & Consultancy in their Manama office.

Dadabai comes to CBRE with over 10 years of research and consultancy experience in the Middle East with specialist skills in market appraisals, feasibility studies, best-use development studies and high-level financial modeling. These talents have been applied to a broad portfolio of clients throughout the GCC and Levant area.

Before joining CBRE, Dadabai was a manager in strategic consultancy at Cluttons, prior to which she worked in the consulting divisions of PriceWaterhouseCoopers and BDO Jawad Habib. At BDO Jawad Habib, she specialised in real estate and hospitality consultancy, leading a team of research associates.

After completing her high-school education locally, Dadabai studied in America where she gained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rhodes College in Memphis.
