Dubai Investments Real Estate Company (DIRC), the real estate arm of Dubai Investments, is participating at the ongoing Cityscape Global 2010 property exhibition, an international real estate development event, in Dubai.

Cityscape Global 2010, which opened today (October 4), will run until October 7 at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre.

“As an event that attracts property investors and trade visitors from around the world, Cityscape provides us an excellent platform to reach out to a broad and high-potential audience,” said Obaid Al Salami, general manager of DIRC.

“DIRC has been a regular at Cityscape, having participated in the last four editions of the exhibition, and we look forward to another successful outing at this year’s event,” he added.

DIRC will showcase Ritaj - Phase 2, which will soon be ready for handover – is a mega residential complex located in Dubai Investments Park (DIP), it said in a statement.

Ritaj has a built-up area of 2.58 million sq ft and features a total of 2,024 apartments across 11 residential blocks - spread over two development phases. The initial handover of Phase 1 was completed in early 2010 and the second (and final) phase will be delivered by end of November, the statement added. – TradeArabia News Service
